These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliph888 ("jiliph888," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jiliph888 online gaming platform accessible at jiliph888.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

2.2 jiliph888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2.3 If jiliph888 discovers that a user is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

3.1 To access the full features of the jiliph888 Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.2 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jiliph888 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jiliph888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 jiliph888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jiliph888 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

3.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account rights to any third party.

4.1 jiliph888 supports a range of payment methods available to Philippine-based players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jiliph888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the jiliph888 Wallet section of the Platform. These limits are subject to change at jiliph888's discretion.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. jiliph888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 jiliph888 is not responsible for any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network issues beyond jiliph888's reasonable control.

4.6 All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.1 jiliph888 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account for use on the Platform only and may not be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.3 jiliph888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, jiliph888's decision shall be final.

5.4 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, use of automated software, or collusion with other players, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

5.5 Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6.1 All games offered on the jiliph888 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. jiliph888 does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any individual player.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jiliph888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. jiliph888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. jiliph888 is not responsible for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliph888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;

7.2 jiliph888 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate investigation, and jiliph888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of such investigation.

8.1 All content on the jiliph888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jiliph888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

8.3 The jiliph888 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiliph888. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of jiliph888.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliph888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 jiliph888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliph888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 jiliph888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliph888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 jiliph888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.

11.2 Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting jiliph888 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

11.4 jiliph888 may retain your personal data following account closure to the extent required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, or for the purposes of fraud prevention and investigation.
